		<description>I was in Toronto for this years Nuit Blanche, and they had a game of Pong happening on the side of City Hall with participants playing from Nathan Phillips Square.  It was an amazing site, and to have something permanent like this Ukranian example would be an amazing testament to the value of public space.</description>
