Like I had promised, here is another one of the Intermod Series projects titled: Low Altitude Atmospheric & Civic Modifications. I think it’s sort of beautifully sad in it’s futility and highlights a pretty important perspective that seems often ignored.
“This project used rockets with payloads to create micro-alterations of a city’s near atmospheric environment. There were 5 different payloads which when released into the air, propagated the designed effects determined by the use of therapeutics, noise and EMF screening, weather adjustment, and unusual optical events. The launch schedule was distributed over a 5-month period.”
I liked the 1-800 numbers you could call to find out information on the project (there are some examples archived on their site).
I’ve wondered about the potential of getting a skype-in number and using it for a project, but last I checked there aren’t any Canadian numbers yet.
Skype-in number? That could work for some of our early ideas about narrating pieces of stories or facts.
yes, exactly. I looked into it, numbers are still only available for US (and other countries around the world) but not Canada. we could get a Detroit number (as most Windsor-area cellphone plans allow for free local calls to 313… I think).
anyone else have any experience with skype-in, or some other technology of this sort?
